If payment is received by 4:30 EST, your order will ship the next day Monday-Friday. If the order is placed after 4:30 EST, your order will ship in two business days. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Orders placed after 4:30 EST on Friday will ship by Tuesday at the latest.
International Buyers are responsible for import taxes or customs fees and will not be included in your shipping charge. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing to see if fees will apply in your country.

Returns
If there is an issue with the product we sent you, please contact our Customer Service for a fast and easy resolution.
If you simply need to return your order, we have a 30 day return policy. All returns will be refunded less a 20% fee. There are no exceptions. Items need to be returned in the condition you received the product. Pro’s Gear reserves the right to deny returns on products that have been used or installed.
